Really competitive people?

I know a few people who are way to competitive for their own good. It's like, they just have to win! No matter what, it's just their goal. Winning. I definately think that this can hurt a person. Everthing to them is about being the best, having a game to play, and winning. Are you one of these people? Do you think it can hurt someone to be like this in the end?

I like to win but not at all costs. I am also too aware of my failings and so do not expect to win all the time. But the people you describe may well become top in their desires because of their drive and ambition. They are much needed in this world. They will be leaders.

Indeed they have drive and ambition, but they must be more aware of the world. They are just too cynnical.

I used to be a little bit like this. In the end I found that it just made life too stressful. Now I just go with the flow and I'm a much happier person because of it.

I see what you mean. You just live life, no one person can always win, so why hurt yourself trying?
