Govt.make policies butthey are not so genuine in implimenting.either in case of drinks or smoking zones or helmets or playing cards clubs..like somany..that is the main problem.
In USA, many big restaurants send the drivers to drive your car or those who take drinks can take a limo. When people come in the car (4 to 5), there is no such thing that all of them drink. One who drives neednot drink and may not drink.
