We are told that the most important meal of the day is breakfast because a good breakfast sets you up for the day. It revives the body from the nights lack of food, fasting, hence the name 'breakfast'.
But what do you consider to be a good breakfast?
At the moment I am having a glass of fruit juice with a bowl of muesli with semi-skimmed milk as part of a diet plan as I need to lose some weight. Do you think that this is an adequate breakfast? Should I be eating more? or less?

i think that milk & cereal be adequate already but make sure you would grab a light snack if you go on late lunch. or add with some fresh fruits or a glass of fruit juice. always take healthy lunch & dinner then avoid late night snacks to lose your weight.
