why do some people has hatred in their heart? when u must love all the person u have a contact with.

I think one of the reason why people have hatred in their heart is jealousy. And some people think they are above and no one who are above level to that person. Sometimes, people tend to judge someone and someone who are believe in some gossip things that maybe not true.
