Division Bell - the most underrated album?

I feel there's a lotta substance in this album, but just because the songwriting isnt exceptional like some of their other works, doesnt mean it is musically inferior in any way. In fact i feel some of Gilmour's best solos and guitar tones have been accomplished in songs like keep talking, high hopes, poles apart, marooned, and who can forget Coming back to life! Personally i'm not a lyrically inclined person, so musically i feel this is Pink Floyd's most "agonisingly beauitful" album!
