Thus far a war predicated upon a lie has ended 3000 American lives, ruined countless more, vitually nothing has been achieved and all for a people who dont care if we are there or not. Enough is enough we got Saddam Hussain out of power. If the Iraqis want to kill eachother off in a civil war then let 'em. In the words of Bill O'reiley "tell me where I'm wrong".

You are wrong in the fact that nothing has been achieved and people don't care if we are there or not.
Talk to most soldiers who are over, or have been over and you will find out that the average Iraqi citizen thanks our troops and is often seen smiling, waving, hugging and thanking our troops. It is just never seen on the American media.
We have given them a legitimate healthcare system. Many of the cities our soldiers came upon had unbelievable numbers of people who were not immunized agains even the most basic of diseases.
We have given the education. We have rebuilt numerous schools and helped distribute supplies and books.
We have bolstered their electrical system.
And all this is from a soldier.. so tell me where I am wrong.

Easy. You swore an oath (as did I at one time) to PROTECT THIS COUNTRY from ENEMIES foreign and Domestic. None of what you have just said falls under your duties as a soldier.
Yes, the Iraqis are glad that they have a good life, of course. but there is a big difference between being happy about freedom, and personally caring who gives it to you, or being personally invested in your own future. I am sure they are happy, that doesn't mean they care about you as a person or a soldier, they just like what you gave them. They don't cry when a soldier is shot, but they do whine when Iraqis die. there is the difference. We have not made ourselves any cort of Meaningful Ally out of Iraq, just an ungrateful obstinate government thats has asked us to leave quickly.
I am glad we rebuilt schools, the least we can do considering it was US who destroyed them. That is not doing them a favor, that is cleaning up after a mess WE made.
Before I go any further with this, let me personally state that I, as well as every American citizen owe you and every soldier a debt of Gratitude for your Service. And I am not implying in the least bit that our boys deserve disrespect or contempt. you have done what most Americans are afraid to do, and for that, I do salute you.
That being said, to quote LBJ (kind of) "I am not going to send thousands of American boys halfway across the world to do a job that [Iraqi] Boys ought to e doing for themselves."

This war is covered under my oath as a soldier. I see the terrorists operating in Iraq as enemies. I view the Iranians inside Iraq as enemies.

You're wrong about nohting being achieved and also about the people not caring if we are there or not. You are victim of the media propaganda, I recommend you read this:
* Approximately 270 km of village roads have been completed. These projects are directly contracted with local firms and assist in the economic development of smaller communities. The Village Roads program is expected to be completed in July 2007 and will provide 424 km of improved roads.
* Completed water treatment projects have added over 430,000 m3 of daily water treatment capacity, which potentially benefits 2.2 million Iraqis. At the end of the program, an additional 1,136,000 m3 of water treatment capacity will benefit approximately 5.2 million Iraqis(and all USG agencies projects will benefit 8.4 million Iraqis).
* Medical care has improved with the renovation of 15 hospitals. Additional hospital renovation projects are ongoing. Each completed facility sees approximately 500 patients per day for a total of 11,000 patients nationwide.
* Education opportunities improved with 838 of 849 schools completed. Each completed school serves approximately 400 students for a total of 335,200 students nationwide.
* Khor Zubair New Power Generation - Construction began at the power plant in December 2004 and ended in January 2006, as scheduled. This generation project, located south of Basrahprovides additional plant capacity of approximately 246 mega watts to the grid, which is enough power to serve 220,000 Iraqi households.
