Which do you prefer? The book or the movie?
The movie is really wonderful and picking Tom Hanks as the Robert Langdon is the perfect choice and it can;t get any better. But, I like the book better as the movie removed some of the details although it is just normal since they have a limited time.
What do you think?

Yes Ive read angels and demons also and I actually like it more than Da Vinci Code. Dan Brown is a genius! I took up research classes in college and I must say he has done one hella good one!

i prefer the book too. the movie lacks many details. i've read angels and demons too! it was very intriguing. all the details can be very believable. i never expected that the priest would be the antagonist.

Tom hanks is the man suited for that role and like you I prefer the book rather than the movie.
But what can we expect it is hard to compress a hundred pages to a 2 hour film.
But the movie is great and I'm looking forward that Angels and demon will be a movie too.
cheers to us

I prefer the book. The movie plot is too fast, the movie can't show the audience about the detail or Langdon's feeling.
I may not agree with some of you, but Hanks' act is like in Forest Gump, almost no expression and his face is not as smart as I imagine from the book. It's hard to find the right cast because the plot is half-drama and half-action. But with Hanks' act the movie is like all-drama movie, no thrill.

I prefer the book than the movie. Because of the fact that if you ever watch the movie and haven't read the book yet, you will keep on asking to yourself on what is it they are fighting with. Unlike the book everything is spilled out. Truth is its better to read the book first to fully understand the movie.

I personally liked the film as i loved how the story unveiled and how the puzzle pieces slowly came together. The movie will get to a key point where the producers have set you up for the end.....but wait... theres more! It continues to repeat this about five to six times. In conclusion, a good idea but the book was better as everything is built up as you please...

Movie or Book???
Well both have their own stands!!!!
Book is always better, as it furnishes more details, than v can expect in a movie!!!
Even Angels&Demons was an awesome book..
For ppl who ve not read that book, its an edge of the seat entertainer, giving suspense till the end!!
It wud b nice if that was made into a movie!! way say???

I so like the book better than the movie. The movie was kinda dragging and it's soo edited. I think they removed the great scenes from the book. When I heard that it's going to have a movie and Tom Hanks is gonig to play as Robert Langdon I was so excited because the book was great but then when I watched the movie, I was quite disapointed.

I haven't seen the movie but thanks for reminding me about it. I must get around to that. I read the book well after most of the controversy had blown over and was expecting it to be very poorly written. I was pleasantly surprised, it was a nice little read. I have since read another book called 'Sacred Bones' which is a similar genre but much more interesting.

jst like u even i prefer the book
the movie is good but then the pleasure u get by reading the book is far more than wht u get by watching the movie
nd ofcourse the book has loads of details nd when ur reading the book its like u can re-read a part to understand it better nd if ur a book lover then when ur way too much into the book it sometimes happens tht u start imagining the scenes!!!!!

Although the movie lacks many things from the book, still i prefer movie coz, movie creats a very good impact on our mind than the book.... Especially The visual impact. While reading book, we just imagine, but while watching the movie, the entire idea comes to our mind. It seems to be a real situation while watching the movie, than reading the book. And moreover visual impact is always very effective in understanding that the imaginery impact.

i think the movie was interesting. i usually preffer the book for the movie but in this case i haven't read it yet. some of my friends told me a lond time ago that the movie is bogus and i believed them (i'll never blindly believe anyone again). Now i'm preparing to read the book. I think it's going to be fun. Usually the book is better than tha movie, but only few know this.

i think the movie was interesting. I usually preffer the book for the movie but in this case i haven't read it yet. Some of my friends said a long time ago that the movie is bogus (just because they didn't understand a thing) and i listened to them. I'll never do that again. Now i'm preparing to read the book. I liked the idea of the movie even though ikind of doubt the reality of those facts.
