What should I do? Ive been nice to him cause the other girls are not

I started this job 4 months ago and there is this guy who really likes me. Only problem is I dont like him any more than a co-worker. I dont want to hang out with him or be his girlfriend. Ive tried being nice to him but now he may be stalking me! I am 25 and he is 44 I am 135 pounds and he is around 600 (my guess) I know looks and age dont matter but i just cant. I told him the town I live in and he went there looking for my house and if I mention any other guy he gets mad and jelous even if its my brother! Should I stop being nice to him even though I have to work with him everyday and tell him to leave me alone? Cant say my boyfriend like this to much either. He even tried to get my phone #from my boss
