I am guessing you are referring to body odor. There are three major reasons for bad body odor. 1. Wearing polyester on a hot day...whew! 2. Smokers can really smell foul. 3. Illness.

Well it could be Body Odor or It could refer to BO Dereck a female actress of years ago or to BO Duke the character from the Duke's of Hazzard movie. Not sure who else had the name BO, but that's the best I could come up with here!
