What is the most disgusting food challenge you've seen on reality television?

Between Survivor and Fear Factor, I'm sure you can remember where they had to eat something classed as 'food' to win a challenge.
Which one made you closest to heaving just watching it?

Oh my I would say cockroaches. It is the most disgusting thing on earth. I cannot stand it!

I remember one time on fear factor the challenge was to eat a certain amount of roaches that was creepy. But what really almost made me ill was when they had the couples on and the challenge was for the ladies to be locked in the glass container with roaches or some kind of bugs crawling all over them.

Which is worse? Having them crawl on you or eating them? I can't decide!
