During my second year, our professor gave us a quiz. I breezed through the questions until I read the last one. "What is the name of the woman who cleans the school everyday?" I thought this was some kind of joke, i handed on my paper leaving the last question blank. After class, my classmate asked if the question would be count towards our grade. Absolutely the professor said, "on your career you will meet many people, all are significant they deserve your attention and care even if you only do is smile and say hello!" I've never forgotten that lesson. I also know her name was Dorothy!
