My friend skinny and need to gain weight

my pal is 6 feet tall, and 145 lbs. his weight can be anywhere from 140-150 and it varies. He thinks to start working out again, but hes afraid that he will just get even more skinnier..worst case is, he got a fast metabolism, so its kinda hard for him to gain weight..Any ideas on how he can gain weight and make it so it doesnt go straight to his stomach?

Eat a balanced deit, and slightly increase his aounts of fod as he is working out. Also using good starches to build his weight. Such as rice and corn. When I was in prison guys would drink lots of choclate milk and peanut buter sandwiches along with lots of eggs. Many seeking the same results as your friend, and it worked.

My boys are all very tall. They were always very active. They were constanly eating which was good because they needed to fuel all that energy Working out will help to bulk up his muscle.

eat a lot of carbs!!! like potatoes, rice, bread and that sort of thing ..... tht will help
