My niece age 5 usually take mefenamic acid 250 mg tablet for pain. Second, you must bring her to the dentist for possible removal or extraction on such teeth ,as temporary relief will not that effective. I would suggest to refrain you child from eating chocolates and sweets just until it is fully cured. And also toothache drop can temporary aleviate the pain.

Is it a toothache for sure? Could be attention, or even an ear infection. Please let the doctor check it.

hmmm... is your kid didnt brush teeth before sleeping or after eating? perhaps yur kid always eat candies and anything sweet. The best thing to do is to bring your kid to the dentist, so you will know whats the problem is and the dentist wil give you the right medicine for it.you can also make him/her gargle a warm water with a salt every morning.

The best way for that is to visit your dentist for a check up. I guess your child is suffering from dental decay. He must have a good oral hygiene as well as if he can't take the pain already let him drink some pain reliever. And I guess it's much better if you had such teeth removed or restored so the pain will not be exprienced again by your child.
