All of us are aware of doctor's suggestion to toothbrush twice daily. We all brush our teeth once early in the morning daily as we wake up. But when should we brush our teeth next on the same day?
Many are in habbit of second brushing at night before they go to bed. But i dont agree with this habit. Just think : We brush and go to bed at night and We wake up early in the morning and go to brush.
My ideal time for second brushing is the evening time. And yours?

Actually dentist really recommend brushing every after meal, which means you need to brush our teeth after each meal. But because it is not possible, what we should do is stimulate our saliva , to stimulate saliva we must chew gum as not to encounter dry mouth which is the cause of plaque and tartar and obcourse halitosis or bad breath. If that person cannot brush her teeth after each meal he/she must drink water or atleast gargle water inorder to get food residue and plaque. For me what I usually do is to brush 3 times a day or if not possible I used such method as to prevent my teeth from getting decay.

I brush my teeth once in the morning and then just before bed after I have finished eating for the day....it is also recomended for children to brush after sweets and after lunch to protect their teeth.
