Can marijuana be used responsibly?

Can people use marijuana responsibly like they do with alcohol? Or is someone abusing pot anytime they use it?

yes it can.in a solo fashion i think,it's always enjoyable before or after food,i'm not schooling you on this because i guess you know,i can smoke a single wrap for a whole day or two
