Everyone has abs - but usually we've all got a layer of fat covering them!
The key isn't endless situps or Abdominal workout machines, its simply lowering your Bodyfat Percentage.
To do this you need to focus on diet and also exercise, to reduce your bodyfat, which will enable you to have visible abs.
Doing ab workouts can strengthen the abs and make them bigger, but they won't be visible unless your bodyfat is reasonably low.

the best thing i can think of is to follow a fitness training program doing sit ups and crunches plus lifting weights and going to the gym jogging and swimming is good aswell it depends what you want to do to workout. try training once or twice a week to begin and follow a health diet without too much fat and sugars then work on building your abs more by doing situps

Getting six-pack abs really takes time, specially when you have flabs,, just reduce you eating habit, or maybe skip dinner, but be healthy by eating properly,, don't skip breakfast, and yeah, exercise before taking breakfast,,
This is how the process, by not having food stuck to your tummy when you sleep, after you wake up in the morning and doing the exercise, your body shall look for source of energy, which is found from foods, but since your tummy is empty because you dont really have much dinner, body will look for alternative energy source which can be found from your stored fats, stored fats shall be burning double,, but don't skip breakfast, or else you'll get weak for the day,,
so simply, take abdominal exercise after you wake up!!!
