What are your thoughts about the book? For me, the book is a testament or a celebration of youth's angst and innocence.

I found the book an interesting read. It has a different feel to it and although it sounds very negetive, one can always take a positive meaning from the novel. "How one should carry on wen the goin gets tuff.". This is wat holden caulifield's character signifies.

The book is an expressive portrait of youthful resentment and angst, of how a young man responds to the societal norms and believes in self.
