Life of a working mom

for working mom there are many challenges in life . because working mom has many work .

My greatest challenge in being a working mom is Time. I hate leaving my kid everytime I go to work.I spent 8 hours in the office and another 4 more hours if we need to do overtime. I spent so little time with my kid. I'm just afraid that he'll be more close to my father(he takes care of my son when I'm at work) than me. So the solution I quit my job.Maybe after 2 years and we've already bonded well enough I can go to work again. Tomorrow will be my last day on the job.
