Why is that, companies need to put in their add, that what they need in the job are those who have pleasing/oozing personalities? Are ugly or less appeal doesnt have the right to work anymore? We are there alright, how could anybody hire a gorilla like person, but is it the apperance will work? What if that gorilla like has a briliant mind? Why is that, age is also limited? Unlike other countries, as long as a person is capable to wrk and has a tremendous work experience, they still hire them, coz they believe skilled workers are better than youngesters? Racial descriminition has been solve... So, why dont we solve this decrimination in appearance and age so that others can have the opportunity to work?
