What constitute to being an addict to gaming/ internet games? If you have the temptation to just spent half an hour to one hour while you are surfing the net, does that mean you are addicted to it already?

I had been to Atlantic City and obviously I was asked to visit the Casinos there. I was given $20 in coins to play at coin slot machines. I decided I shall not put more than $20 and I end up loosing 200$. First when I played for 10$, I got back 15$. Tempeted by money flow, I thought I will make something like $500 and in the end exist with 200$ loss. Similarly the addiction in internet based games.

Thanks for sharing... Yep, it's so easy to be addicted. I have always stayed away from casinos whenver I tour. My country does not have a casino yet and we are building 2! We can stay away from casinos but the pc is at home and we have to really be disciplined and exercise self control to stay away from too much games!

well i wont call myself an adict yet, but seeing that all my friends have started to get paid, well it is driving me to addiction,,
I am spening too much time responding to topics like these and wasting my time, and i guess the internet and money, my two desires combined are driving me to this addiction.

Agree with you that MyLot can be rather "addictive". This "addiction" is not too bad I suppose. Hey jask8er, respond to discussions that you are interested and you will find it fun and not a waste of time.
