Running Between wickets

Hitting Sixers and Fours is very facinating, but to build an innings and to keep the non-striker involved Singles and doubles are also important.
While running is a hurculian task as the probability of a batsmen getting out is very high but it can be made very easier if both the striker and non-striker keep a good eye contact between them and should always concentrate on the ball while running as in the pic above.

it is much more needed in 1 day cricket bcuz in less time u have to do alot u have to make use of evy delivery

todays cricket i think Ausies i-landers n RSA r good in these things n 1 pakistani pair of Younis khan n Mohammad yousaf r also v good in running btw wickets

yes..there should be good understanding between the players..so tat runout can be prevented..

Yes you are right bro.
Only sixes & fours cannot win the match. To keep the momentum going we have to improve our running between the wickets.
As far as India is concerned only Mohammed Kaif, Yuvraj Singh & Sachin Tendulkar are good in running.
Rest of the team is about average
