Are there any real companies that hire home worker with no startup fee?

Alot of info on this discusion. I am stuck out of town this weekend and it is cold outside so i think i will sit and check out some of these listings. I would love to make extra money online, but have heard so much negitive remarks. It will give me something to do today. If i find anything promising i will post.. Thanks
