You find it difficult to Say No??

Yes. If it is a friend I always help them with whatever they need whether it is convenient for me or not. Eventually it gets to me and I blow up in frustration that I don't have time for myself. I don't ask many people for help with much so it does begin to get on my nerves.

Depens sometimes when you say NO you can hurt somebody but it will be for good.Actually I am trying to be always positive but there are moments that the word NO is the right word

It depend on favour he is asking for if its legitmate i will do it after giving consideration otherwise i will say a straight no

yeah. i agree to that. i am the type of person who is having a hard time to say no. this happens most specially to the people i love and i care for like my friends and my family. as much as i could i am trying to help them. really. even if i'll sacrifica my time and my own leisure. just to help them i'd really do. like yesterdey i did the projects of my cousins. there is something in me that i want to make everyone happy and avoid averyone from having some hangups. i am really like that. i love the people around me dearly. there are times that i find it really hard but it really pay when i was able to get the job done and they are problem free

well i would try to accomjplish that favour but if it is out of my limit then i would say that it is bit difficult and try it .I don't won't to hurt anyone by saying "no".

initially, i found it hard to say no when asked a favour. but i ended up feeling hurt when those people did not care to help me when i needed them. i helped them thinking they were nice people and i liked them. but now i take time to decide and politely decline if i do not wish to do something for someone. afteral its your wish and life...

it depends up on circumstances if someone is getteng hurt i wont say no if its mandatory for law without any hesitation.

If it seems i can help i will help, if not i just simply say not. But in certain condition, i cannot say no because it's too hard. Let say our boss ask for help. Then either yes or no, the answer should be yes. The same goes to our best friends when they're need our helps, it just make me guilty when saying no...
