Do you agree with death penalties. In a modern civilized soceity death penalties should not be imposed on convicts. My opinion is that, since man cannot create life, he cannot take lives also. A judge or a group of people cannot be judges for a law written by man who wrote it just to control the crimes. The situation at the place and time , where the law was made also might have influenced in the making of law. That is why different countries have different laws. Death penalties should be abolished as soon as possible from the world .
