how many times do u eat in a day

I eat 2-4 times a day, it depends on how early i get up in the morning and how late i go to sleep at night.

i eat 3 heavy meals a day, and 2 snack a day.

I take breadfast, morning tea time, lunch, evening tea time, dinner and supper, all together 6 times a day. Every time I take not much except breadfast. I seldom take junk food. Eating is a form of enjoyment especially delicious foods are concerned.
