All women ans men should have control over if and when they become parents. Making decisions about birth control, or contraception, is not easy, there are many things to think about. Learning about birth control methods you or your partner can use to prevent pregnancy and talking with your doctor are two good ways to get started. There i no best method of birth control. Eash methos has its own pros and cons. SOme methods work better thatn others do at preventing pregnancy.

Have you considered depo-provera injections? I had them for a few years before having my son, and that is what I will go back to after completing my family. All you do is have the injection once every 12 weeks and you are protected from pregnancy. If you decide to have another baby just stop having the jabs and your body should return to normal pretty quickly. The side effects are that your periods can become very light or disappear all together - not a huge shame eh?! I have also had implanon, the contraceptive implant - but this caused me problems with constant light bleeding so I had to have it removed. After having it removed it took my body a long time to get back into a regular cycle. In my experience the depo-provera had less side effects than implanon, was just as effective and my body returned to normal quicker after stopping it. I have never had the coil so can't help you on that one. I didn't want it as I have heard that it can make your periods really heavy and painful, and that it can cause infection. And also because my cousins first baby was concieved when she had a coil fitted, she then lost the baby at 12 weeks. Hope this helps!

Ya that is the must to know before marriage and it is the good discussion as per me it is nothing wrong in it consulting a doctor and asking about this kind of matters cause they are there for that only and it is very useful cause all the things ll not b known to all so it has to b asked by someone who knows about it.

both couples should be responsible in family planning.natural control methods are the best way because it doesn't have side effects.its between you and your husband understanding...regarding scientific controls are good but be ready of the side effects.

My first child was a birthcontrol baby! Use everything if your not ready to become a parent, but remember the only true form of birth control is.......well you already know the answer to that.

Birth control is something I am not infavor with when it comes to artificial methods. The only thing I favor to control birth is abstinence.

If you are regularly menstruating, then you dont have to use contraceptives that has lots of side effects. You can use the natural rhythm method than using pills that would lead you to pulmonary embolism which most pregnant women are prone of.Be careful in using contraceptives and always read the adverse effect that lies ahead.

Unless your planning on not having any more kids, getting your tubes tied. If you are planning on having more kids, What worked with me the longest was a foam you squeeze out of a tube.

well i use the mirena iud i think it works best because it is placed in your cervix and you do not have to worry about it for five years other methods you have to worry about daily or every three months some every time you have intercoarse.so that is my choice of birth control.

As for me and my husband we never used contraceptives. We use the one that the Catholic Church agrees on which is the natural rhythm method. And so far we have been successful in planning our family. We only have one child at this time and we don't intend to add another one in two years time. I guess if you really are disciplined enough, you can use that method and need not turn to contraceptives anymore. Contraceptives have side effects.

From my experience, NuvaRing has been the best method. Used correctly, it is 99% effective, which is better than the Pill (95%). With NuvaRing, there are less hormones being released into your body, so there are less side effects. I have had no side effects from NuvaRing, and it is very easy to use. That is what I would recommend if you want to have children in the future. If you do not want kids in the future, you or your husband/wife/significant other should get sterilized in my opinion.
