Is the new Smashing Pumpkins album out yet?

I received news of SP going back to recording sometime this year. Does anyone know if their album is out yet? If it has, has anyone heard it?

No news yet, but on their MySpace.com page they promise a new album and a tour for '07. I hope they are heading my way!

it's gonna be released on 07-07-07! unforunately only billy and jimmy c. will be the originals left. james iha and d'arcy or mellisa won't be in this one.

that's right, d'acry and james won't be on this one.. too bad. Yes Billy's a genius but he plays better when James Iha is around.
