Cause of headache

my husband gets them due to stress at work. That is the only time he gets them

Following are the reasons I think for headache; 1. Strain on eyes. 2. Gastric problem , I have observed that when your stomach is empty then you get a headache.

Hi Panwar; There are many possible reasons as cause of headache. Some can be too much of something ingested, if you travel outside without sunglasses for hours and hours on a snowy day you can get similar to sunstroke and this also causes headahes. Your spine maybe misaligned. (Your back is out. Falling and bumping your head. More importantly if ongoing it could have something to do with the blood flowing to your brain. Definately an importper lifestyle of excess alchol can cause headahes, especially the next morning. There are many possible causes.
