You don't need paypal credit card, and there is no specific credit card especially for paypal. You can use your normal credit card (if you have one) and add that in the appropriate location in your paypal account, that’s all to verify your account.

You cannot actually use debit card for payment in paypal. They accept only credit cards to be a confirmed user in paypal. Even then you cannot withdraw money directly or to our banks in India because they will not do that. All you can do is give your credit card details to them, since you don’t have a credit card, try to get one as soon as possible and register using that in order if you want to get money from paypal. Even then you need to have minimum amount of $150 in balance in order to claim a check/cheque from them. So wait till you reach that balance and request for the payment cheque. Otherwise, you could use paypal to purchase from sites which accepts it like ebay, etc instead of requesting money, this is an alternative way of getting money (through purchase) from them, since I have been doing this only since I don’t have $150 to claim payment.
