i am a new user,but i have seen few discussions that they havve got paid.I had also seen the screen shot of paypal payment by a mylot user

I have been a member of Paypal for 5 1/2 years. I have never had a problem with them. Now that so many more places take Paypal I use it whenever I can. I also have a Paypal debit card which I use that earns me cash back. Anytime I have had to email Paypal staf with questions they get back to me promptly.

frankly speaking i don't think so and i may be wrong but the thing is that mylot should send the money by check and many of us(like me) don't know how to use it and withdraw money.If anyone knows then do they charge money.should we give credit card number.

when you sign up for paypal they deposit their money into your bank account @ small amounts. you check your bank in 2 or 3 days for the deposites and then go back to paypal and verify the amounts that they put in it is yours to keep. That verifies to them that you are who you say you are. They only ask for a credit card to put on your acount for when you purchase something and you dont have the money in your paypal or your bank account then they would charge the credit card on file. they do not charge you for their servises at all. they will also issue you a visa or mastercard debit card for your paypal account to use at stores or gas stations in your area or on the net. that woks for sites that dont use paypal as a payment methode. Plus you get 2% cash back on all your purchases with the debit card. Hope this helps you

I believe they are. I have been with them for 2 years now and have never had a problem with them. I had one dispute with someone and paypal ersolved it to my liking.
