DVD to SVCD? / myLot

I have some dvd's and i want make into svcd,who can tell me what kind of software can do this convert.hope can find a easy and light way to do that.

i think i can find some DVD to VCD,but don't know about SVCD,so just find a good site and help you download software which can make that works.
