qualities in a neighbour

wat are the qualities that u want ur neighbour to have? i think he must b caring kind . he must have good heigenic understanding so that he can keep surroundings clean.he must b helpful wat other qualities must b there in him ?

i agree to the qualities that u want ur neighbour to have. a neighbour must be clean in and outside. neighbour must be helpful and sharing.

I don't really care..just as long as my neighbor doesn't make too much noise while I am trying to sleep or have a peaceful moment at home..lol

a good neighbour is a source of happiness and pleasure but a bad neighbour is a hell.neighbour is the first person to help us in need.our relatives will take time to reach our home when we r in need but the meighbour is always there,very close to us.all we need is some understanding for each other.we should see to it that they r not disturbed by us or bothered by us.we can always sit n solve the problems if we have any with our neighbours bcos they also need our help the same way we do it.so for the benifit of both, we shud not become a curse for each other.
