Who is producing these virus softwares?.

There is a strong argument among the people that the companies involved in antivirus software production are producing the virus software too. I don't know to what extent this may be true,but I want your opinion about who may be producing this and what they gain out of this?

there may be a truth to what you said about companies making antivirus to be making the virus themselves. it is very possible. without viruses, they have no business at all. so there might be a truth to these.

most viruses are created by persons who want to test thier ability on programming, other's do it for fun and some do it for money.
your idea is like this some country initiates war on other countries and later supplies them with arms :)

i think its true that antivirus software companies are producing viruses also..
without any viruses they wont be any use of antivirus!!

They can't become famous because no one can claim responsibility for a virus in public!
