What is the Phrase to look for in a fraudulent email?

I will tell you: "AS SOON AS". When you see that ignore it, it is definately a scam. My research has shown that most victims of scamed emails have read that phrase "as soon as... I could be like as soon as you pay... as soon as we recive etc. Just stay clear from such. Any other phrase or word you can suggest to help?
