How much time you can play "Badminton" continuous?

I guess the longest i tried to play was 5 hours.. with a few minutes break in between now and then.

the most i have played is 4-5 hours, and that was one intence match. the score was 25 matches to 24 won to me..the best game i ever had.

its been quite some time that I had exercise and when I played last night, I couldn't last for 1 hour of continous games.

I can play 10 set nonstop.... play double offcourse.. what about you? Are you single player? for single, I can play 2 set only. Very exhausted...

2 hours is the maximum for me.

i can play upto 5 hours when playing singles while playing doubles the time goes generally upto 7 hours.

I play twice a week, in Thursday and Sunday morning

i love playing badminton and i can remember having played for almost four hours continuously once, although regularly i spend around a couple of hours or more on the game! but i have never tried to test my stamina as for how long i can play continuously! this is a good point, i guess i have to give it a try sometime!!

Continuous? If it is single, I would be at my limit in 1 hour but after 5 minute break, I can continue. For double, maybe 2 hours is my limit. But, if what you mean is by playing then rest then play again. I could play the whole day. What about you, discussion starter, you have not told us about how long can yo udo that

How much time? Hmmmm, I think the maximum time I play was about 5 hours! However, I do play badminton 4 times a week, 2 hours each.

I can play 4 to 5 hours straight that was before wherein I used to play twice a week, however I wasnt able to play for the past 3 months... so I am back to adjusting to how to play it again, this time I will do it regularly at least twice a week again.
