Does your mother in law put everything you do down? And tries to prove you wrong even though you know your right? Does she interfere in everything you do? does she hassle you about how you raise your kids? name one or more things that your mother in law does that just pisses you off .

I am not married but my girlfriend's mother loves me. Probably because my girlfriend gets all the money. LOL.
We all have our life to live and others need to understand that. Advice is best accepted when the recipient asks for it.
I have some client's who have flower beds. They think they know what they are doing but they don't. I want to tell them how they should do it but I don't. Usually I just smile. Kind of like when a 3 year old wants you to hang the picture on the fridge.
It drives me crazy to see flowers planted in a straight line. It is a definite sign they do not know what they are doing. If you look at the photo of my 1st flower bed in my profile it might look like they are in a straight line but they are not. They grew that way. Nice and full.

I didn't have the nicest mother in law.She was mean to all of us who married her sons. Your lucky you have a girlfriend with a nice mom. You are a smart guy. My husband mowed our yard for the first time yesterday and he mowed over everything flowers and all. Now I have to go out and replant them(this time I won't do it in a straight row like usual.).lol.

My inlaws live in South Africa, and we live in England. My mother in law is fantastic, i love her to bits and miss her so much. I wish she lived closer.

wow thats great it is good when the parents love their in-laws. Sometimes that is far and few between. Well good luck and i hope you get your wish and they could move closer. It's nice when everyone gets along instead of fighting...thanks for the reply..

Mine is just plain nosy. She tries to intervene on everything we do I hate it. She keeps pressuring us to have children and I say we aren't ready a day later she asks if we are ready yet!!! ARGGHHHH She is constantly driving me nuts

lol she's in a hurry to be a granny lol but i wouldn't be rushed into having children before you think you are ready just because they was popping them out within 9 months after marriage doesn't mean that trend has to continue now days... day we got married me and my hubby was walking up the hill to my mother in law to visit her and she said we didn't need to be holding hands and acting lovey dovey now because we were married i had my first fight with my mother in law and hubby that day!! Becuase i voiced a opinion she didn't like. *sigh* i don't recall her ever giving me a incourageing nice word it was all puts downs and advice on how i should be doing something. I told her i was taught to do and cook different than her and that i prefer it my way it didn't make her like me any better.
