Yes I do but some study says certain vegetables lost nutrition when steamed.What d u think ?

It's funny that you ask that question, because my family has a meal every day at lunch time that includes quite a few steamed veggies. We have beans, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, parsnip, rutabega (if I spelled that right, lol) and brussel sprouts, along with peas and corn that aren't steamed, and a meat dish on the site. I really enjoy the fact that my family has a healthy lunch every day. I don't know how many families still eat vegetables every day! ^_^ I just feel thankful that my family does. ^_^

As matter of fact , steaming vegetables is the only proper way of cooking it(eating it raw is find too) , because it preserves the nutrients that our body needs, but if you over cook it , then its useless to eat vegetables!

Steamed veggies are one of my favorite side dishes. It is best served with balsamic vinaigrette or apple cider. I also add elbow pasta to achieve a full stomach when you wanted to skip a meal.

We grow tomato, onion and drumstick as of now in our garden
I love carrot and ladies finger very much
I love eating veges it very good for health and i take them regularly
