maybe you should translate nasi lemak into coconut milk rice with chilli paste hehe.. Those are my favourite too, especially when it is served with fried chicken and a cup of strong coffee.. I wonder if people living overseas are able to get one as tasty.. Except in Malaysian Hall maybe..

Nasi lemak is not fat rice, Its nire cook with coconut milk add a pinch of salt and some screw pine leaf that will a good fragrance to the rice. Eat with sambal or chili cook with garlic, onion and same tambarine juice with salt and sugar to taste. Some people eat with variety of things like fish balls, fried chicken wings and so on.

yes nasi lemak is delicious and it is ok to eat once a while but it is actually is not healthy and all. The name lemak suggest that it has alot of fats. It is not like I want to tarnish the nasi lemak name but I do like it my self but it is better to eat only once in a while . in fact alot of the food also is very oily. I know it cannot be helped since it is a asian food but it is better to eat healthy.
