Yes,absolutely because Ganguly has the best track record as a captain.Under his captaincy India was on the final in the previous world cup.Was it a fluke?Rahul Dravid is nothing but a puppet of Chappel.

Sorry! No chance! I don't think it is going to be worked. If it was happened, India may go into another crisis of losing many great players at once. And many of aspirant cricket coaches get lost over indian cricket team coaching post. It is better to keep Ganguly as a player.

i think manking saurav captain would do more harm than good as we all have seen that every player who becomes a captain normally loses his form because of the pressure of captainship and it is the 11th hour.world cup is knocking at our doors so is saurav is given captaincy it would increase pressure on him.he has just played a test series and still to play a one day after his come back.he is coming back to international cricket after a long time.so,with out practice he will not be able to increase his batting performance and the added pressure of captainship would surely decelerate his improvement.

the world cup being very near so it might just not not be the right time to change the captain .this may act against the teams interest but in future if and only if ganguly start performing the reign might go back in his hand but now sachin having accepted the vice captaincy (the message is clear) he too is on the run for the captaincy

hey you are right but knowing the cricket control board i can assure you that this is not going to happen.they will not take a chance this much close to the world cup.had the same events happened some six months back,it would have been possible but now... dsnt seem like it. so,lets hope dravid continues to be the decent captain that he normally is and take us as far as possible in the world cup
