I was Emailed this awesome inspiring message from one of the yahoogroups I am on. I do not know of the original source, but for those of us who do not have alot of money, but have the heart to want to always keep on gifting. This is pretty good advice to keep doing so, and good habits for all to get into. - DNatureofDTrain

Eight Gifts
That Don't Cost A Cent To Give
1) THE GIFT OF LISTENING...
But you must REALLY listen. No interrupting, no
daydreaming, no planning your response.
Just listening.
2) THE GIFT OF AFFECTION...
Be generous with appropriate hugs, kisses, pats on
the back and handholds. Let these small actions
demonstrate the love you have for family
and friends.
3) THE GIFT OF LAUGHTER...
Funny pictures.
Share articles, funny stories and funny greetings.
Your gift will say, "I love to laugh with you."
4) THE GIFT OF A WRITTEN NOTE...
It can be a simple "Thanks for the help" note or a
full sonnet. A brief, handwritten note may be
remembered for a lifetime, and may even change a life.
5) THE GIFT OF A COMPLIMENT...
A simple and sincere,
"You look great in red,"
"You did a super job" or
"That was a wonderful meal"
can make someone's day.
6) THE GIFT OF A FAVOR...
Every day, go out of your way to do something kind.
Helping elderly cross the road can be nice.
7) THE GIFT OF SOLITUDE...
There are times when we want nothing better than
to be left alone.
Be sensitive to those times and give the gift of
solitude to others.
8) THE GIFT OF A CHEERFUL DISPOSITION...
The easiest way to feel good is to extend a kind word to someone, really
it's not that hard to say, Hello or Thank You
Cherish Each Day
Each day's a new adventure,
We don't have to travel far-
If our hearts reach out to joy,
We can find it where we are.
Maybe in a tiny blossom,
Or a rainbow across the skies,
For the world is full of wonder
If we look with open eyes...
Life Is
Life is an opportunity; benefit from it.
Life is a beauty; admire it.
Life is a dream; realize it.
Life is a challenge; meet it.
Life is a duty; complete it.
Life is a game; play it.
Life is a promise; fulfill it.
Life is a sorrow; overcome it.
Life is a song; sing it.
Life is a struggle; accept it.
Life is a tragedy; confront it.
Life is an adventure; dare it.
Life is luck; make it.
Life is life; fight for it!
Love something , go for it !
Friends are those rare people
who ask how we are
and then wait to hear the answer.
It is good to have an end to journey toward;
but it is the journey that matters, in the end.

Thank you so much for sharing this! There is so much violence and hatrid in this world that we need a bit of happiness and light once and awhile. I will have to print this off and tape it next to my computer for quick reference.

You're welcome!. I know, I am doing every little bit I can to help transform the world and start a ripple of peace and security through out the world to make a better place! If everyone did their part to make a difference the smallest acts of kindness, Pay it forward, good deeds, inspiration, etc. Just imaging what happens when two ripples collide and grow into a large ripple! Thanks, all and mylot for allowing me to share my little ripples! - DNatureofDTrain

Sorry, you had such a rough day, But I am glad you were able to cry and release those negative emotions, to allow yourself to heal some, and feel better. :) - DNatureofDTrain

Thanks for letting me share the inspiration with you all. I of course did NOT write the Eight Gifts, it was emailed to me, and I saw it emailed on numerous yahoogroups, so I thought it would be enjoyed here.. Just to make it clear, that sometimes what I write is inspirational, but I did not write these. Thanks, - DNatureofDTrain
