hello!i am in the first year on medicine and i am frutrated that i dont have my own home.now i am staing with a mate in a bachelor's flat but i have serious problems with the owner and i don't like this!i wish have my own appartament but for the moment it is impossible!i don't have enough money.maybe in the future i will have one!have a nice day!

maybe in your town they have housing programs that serve limited income people and you could apply for housing through a housing agency.There is usually a waiting list,but at least you would be waiting for something of your own.

hello!i just read your post and would like to answer you.in my town it doesn't exist something like housing programs!the single way that you can buy an appartament is make a credit at a bank.but i can't do this because i don't have my own money!i live with my parents money!and for a credit you must demonstrate that you have enough incoming for pay the rent at the bank!in conclusion i don't have any chances for having an appartament.yesterday i saw some prices for a bachelor's flat!it was 65 000$!!!!!for me it is too expensive!what can i do?nothing or maybe espect having enough money for that!but for the moment i am just a student at medicine and all that i can do now is to learn for graduate the university and after this maybe i will have the chance to buy my appartament!that is all!see you!

My wife and I have owned three home and each one better than the last. Our home now is much bigger than we have had and we purchased two lots instead of one so we could garden. We love it.
