Human, for sure..
Next maybe the primates, especially chimpanzees, they can solve problem by creative thinking, more advance than the dogs which solve problems by trial and error (I read this in a biology textbook, if I'm not mistaken the title is The Science of Biology)

I think the most intelligent among animals is te human. because we ca rationalize. Unlike the other forms of animals, they can not think.
