if ur too smart then go and and propose her. if not then wait make her friendship try to propose by her. it takes so much time depending on ur talent. i succeed in my love. dont wait go and propose now. its the correct time now.

hmm..how long..that depends on wat type of a person u r..personally i feel..nobody will take dat step until he is sure dat the girl also likes him.but if he acts bold..then he may not worry abt her response..
i feel,the minimum time wud be until he builds up a rapport wid her.
