Who believe in human mutations?

Is there a possibility that human can be mutated into something like a a fusion or combination of human and animal like the mythical creature centaure and many others. And that human will be capable of having the characteristics of an animals.
What do you think?

humans can definitely be mutated. but not without a risk. it is not possible to predict the exact outcome. I don`t think human mutations will ever take place cos no 1 would volunteer to be a sample for such a risky procedure. Evolution might take place on the other hand

Perhaps but for what purpose. Some animals have been cross-bred and I am not that it was for the better...just another experiment One mutation that has been successful is mating a male donkey and a female hourse resulting in the mule (which in latin means hybrid. Mules are generally sterile but there have been rare cases of producing offspring.
However, if such mutations of humans were to be carried would it not possibly cause sterility and therefore the specie would be unable to reproduce. So what's the purpose?
PS: Did you know that the mule is considered to be more intelligent than either the donkey or the horse?
