well during interview, its imperative to impress the interviewer, so you have to be at your best. And i also believe that some bosses tends to favour those who are good looking than others who are not.

I don't think you have to be a beauty queen or an Adonis, to get promotions or great jobs. Looking your best does help. Clean, neat and well groomed is key. I think your boss would much rather see you taking care of yourself and doing your best at the job he has hired you to do than "looking good". If your job is in the entertainment field, then yes, the boss man probably wants a "knock out".

I believe this is true. Good looking people get alot of things as compared to not so good looking. But then it also can be bad. I know someone who was good looking and could not get a job as she was too pretty.
