Walking is the best possible exercise habituate yourself to walk very far
Exercise alone provides psychological and physical benefits. howeveer, if you also adopt a strategy that engages your mind while you exercise, you can get a whole host of psychological benefits fairly quickly

true! it is sure one of the best possible exercises.
although i do play games like badmnton and tennis almost daily, i love walking down a few kilometres, especially when i am with friends. the fun we have on the way along with the exercise is superb for both the mind and the body!

You are right walking is the best possible exercise thats why doctors ask their patient who need exercise to walk for few minutes.Even old people can do this exercise.There was a fever which was spredding in our country called chiken guniya.People who get that fever will suffer with seviar joing pains even after the fever is gone for a minimum of 6 months.My dad also got that fiver but his pains are almost gone when he returend from a table tennis tornoment.That shows that if a person exercises regularly he will be fit.
