Do you find this law as a threat to the Human Rights, to the Muslim religion or just a way of conserving France's national identity?

yes, some arguments against banning the headscarf include: if a girl wants to wear one freely then she will be forced to choose between her faith and her schooling; and if she is forced by her family to wear then they will probably send her to a Koranic school and that will reduce her openness to her aducation
