Does anyone have VONAGE service at their place of residence?

The coolest features exist with VONAGE.. However I find them to have the worst customer service known to man.. Anyone else found this to be true? Please present your story...

We recently switched over to Vonage, and the only problem we have experienced is that they were unable to switch over my old phone number from my previous VoIP provider...I like the promo they're running for a 2nd line free for two months, however...
