Daughter's history class in mock trial. She is the prosecution. She needs legal terminology to use. The trial based on Boston Tea Party. Accusing Samuel Adams of treason.

There are literally thousands of legal terms that one could use so it's impossible to list them all. However, here is a site with some useful legal terms:

I'd pay attention to certain ones: plaintiff, defendant, prosecute, damages, pre-meditation...but there are several that can be used--RELEVANTLY--in a criminal proceeding.
