well, if i cannot bear with it anymore, i will just drink a paracetamol. it works for me. im not much a medicine drinker so even the simple meds there is works really good for me.

I used to take Tylenol. I took it for years then I started having tremors. Then I stopped taking the Tylenol and stopped having tremors. Sometimes now I take Advil.

I usually just drink a lot more water because when I get a head ache it's usually because I'm dehydrated. But if that doesn't work I'll take an Advil.
